What is a Field Cast Card／Ceremony Cast Card?
The Field Cast Card／Ceremony Cast Card is a magnetic Visa card that is charged per day to cover transportation costs for activities during the competition.
■Where you can use
The card can be used for purchases at domestic Visa merchants such as convenience stores, supermarkets, and drugstores, as well as online Visa merchants overseas.
However, the card cannot be used to pay for hotels, gas stations, monthly payments, or other recurring expenses.
It cannot be used for public transportation.
The Field Cast Card／Ceremony Cast Card can be used until December 31, 2021.
If you wish to continue using your balance after January 1, 2022, you have to register with the Kyash smartphone application by December 31, 2021.
You will need the first seven-digit number of Field Cast Card／Ceremony Cast ID provided by the Organizing Committee and the password shown on the backing paper to which the Field Cast Card／Ceremony Cast Card is attached in order to register the app.

※You cannot register your Field Cast Card／Ceremony Cast Card to Google Pay or Apple Pay.
※Kyash points cannot be earned by using Field Cast Card／Ceremony Cast Card.
※You will need to issue a new Kyash Visa Card to use your balance after January 1, 2022.
※The Field Cast Card／Ceremony Cast Card will be invalidated when the Kyash Visa Card is issued and activated but but you can continue to use the balance you have via your Kyash Visa Card.
■︎If you already have a Kyash account
If you already have a Kyash account, you will not be able to receive the transportation fee equivalent with your existing Kyash account. Please create another Kyash account for your Field Cast Card／Ceremony Cast Card. How to create it will be described later.
The second account will be deleted on December 31, 2021, so please use your balance before that date.
How to register the "Kyash"
1) Prepare the following three items at hand.
・the first seven-digit number of Field Cast Card／ Ceremony Cast ID provided by the Organizing Committee
・the password shown on the backing paper to which the Field Cast Card／Ceremony Cast Card is attached
・the smartphone which has a phone number published in Japan that begins with 070, 080, or 090
2) Scan the 2D barcode or access the URL below with your smartphone to download the Kyash application.
Please do not start the Kyash app yet at this point.
3) Scan the 2D barcode or access the URL below with your smartphone and enter the following information to complete your registration.
・The first seven-digit number of Field Cast Card／Ceremony Cast ID provided by the Organizing Committee
・The password shown on the backing paper to which the Field Cast Card／Ceremony Cast Card is attached
・Your name, e-mail address, and mobile number.
※The mobile phone number must be published in Japan that begins with 070, 080 or 090.
※For those who have iOS smartphone, please launch the Kyash app and scan the following QR code or access the URL while the Kyash app is working in the background.
■For those who do not have a smartphone or phone number published in Japan
We are sorry, but you cannot check your balance on the application. The amount of money will be charged to your Field Cast Card／Ceremony Cast Card based on the number of days you take part in the volunteer, so please manage your balance by yourself.

【Field Cast Card】
Q: The Card has not been charged with 1,000 yen per day yet.
A: The card will be charged on the second business day after the day of the activity. If it has not been charged within a few days, please contact the staff at the Field Cast Center of each venue or the TOKYO 2020 Field Cast Management Office.
Q: I don't know my registration number or password.
A: Your registration number is the 7-digit number written at the top of the body of the email sent from “firstname.lastname@example.org” or you can check it on the Field Cast My Page.
The password is shown on the backing paper to which the Field Cast Card is attached. If you lost the paper, please contact the TOKYO 2020 Field Cast Management Office "email@example.com” by the end of September 2021.
【Ceremony Cast Card】
Q: The Card has not been charged yet.
A: If you are participating in the Olympics only, you will be charged in the week of August 16, and if you are participating in the Paralympics, you will be charged in the week of September 13.
Q: I don't know my Ceremony Cast ID.
A: Your Ceremony Cast ID can be found in the email sent to your registered email address after you have completed the Ceremony Cast Registration Form. If you do not know your Ceremony Cast ID due to loss of email or other reasons, please contact below.

Q: What is the payment limit?
A: The maximum amount that can be paid at one time is JPY 50,000, and it will be available again after 24 hours. The monthly limit is JPY 120,000.
Q: I cancelled a payment using my Ceremony Cast Card, but I have not received my balance back.
A: If your balance has not been restored within a few days after the cancellation, please contact the store you used the card at to see if the cancellation was completed.
Q: Can I use the Ceremony Cast Card overseas?
A: It is not possible to use the card at physical stores overseas. It can be used at overseas online sites for Internet shopping.
Q: Can I withdraw or remit the charged amount?
A: You cannot withdraw or remit the charged amount to other accounts.
Q: I lost my Ceremony Cast Card.
A: Ceremony Cast Cards cannot be reissued. Please contact Kyash and request a new plastic card (Kyash Card or Kyash Card Lite) or an online card(Kyash Card Virtual).
